Ticket purchasefor day guests
Where can I buy day tickets for the Familypark?
Due to visitor restrictions, tickets can only be purchased via our online ticket shop. All tickets in the online shop are date-bound, i.e. the ticket purchased only entitles the holder to admission on the selected date – after this date the validity of the ticket expires.
Do I also have to buy a ticket for my child under 3 years?
As children under 3 years of age are admitted free of charge, you only need to make a free reservation for the day you wish to visit. You can find this free reservation ticket in our online shop.
Can I take advantage of promotions at the moment?
Yes, promotions from our partners such as family passes can still be used. To do so, please make a reservation “Ticket purchase at the park”. Payment and ticketing will then take place at the cash desks on site.
Which tickets can be purchased online?
The following tickets are available in our online shop:
- dated ticket for € 27.50
- Reservation for ticket purchases in the park, valid for
- people with disabilities and their accompanying persons,
- children who wish to redeem their free birthday entry,
- voucher holders and
- buyers of a reduced day ticket by using an advantage card such as family passes.
The reservation ticket costs nothing, of course. To enter the park, the reduced special ticket must be purchased at the Familypark cash desks or the free birthday ticket must be collected. A disabled pass or proof of age is required!
- Reservation for annual ticket holders
Annual ticket holders must also reserve their visit online in advance. Reservations are of course free of charge. If you want to buy an annual pass, you have to reserve here too.
- Reservation for holders of an undated day ticket
Example: tickets from company cooperations, raffle tickets
- Reservation for children under 3 (free admission)
Can I use the ticket I bought online only on the selected day?
Yes. In order to be able to guarantee the legal minimum distance, there is a daily visitor restriction. To be able to organise this, only dated tickets are currently sold, which are then accepted by our turnstiles on only the selected date. Tickets cannot be cancelled once purchased!
I bought tickets but am now Corona positive? What can I do?
In the event of a Corona illness, the ticket will be rebooked to any available date as a gesture of goodwill. In this case, we require proof of an existing Corona illness.
I have a voucher, what should I do?
You can also redeem vouchers. To do so, please make a reservation “Ticket purchase at the park” for the desired day of your visit. You will receive the tickets after handing in the vouchers together with your reservation at the cash desks in the park.
What do I do if I want to use the free admission for a birthday child?
Children up to 14 years of age receive free admission on the day of their birthday. To do so, please get the free reservation “Ticket purchase in the park” in the online shop. The visit date selected there must coincide with the birthday!
With the reservation confirmation you still have to go to the cash desk in the park. An e-card or passport is required as proof of the date of birth. Afterwards, the birthday child will receive the free ticket with which he/she can go to the turnstile.
All other family members visiting the park must buy a dated ticket in the online shop beforehand! There is currently no sale of regular day tickets at the ticket offices!

What are the rules for annual pass holders?
Annual pass holders must currently also reserve a day of visit. This is done via the “Reservation for annual pass holders” in the online shop. Both the reservation confirmation (printed out if possible) and the valid annual pass, which is scanned at the turnstile, are required for admission to the park.
What do I do if I want to buy an annual pass and then visit the park straight away?
People who want to buy an annual pass & visit the park straight away afterwards must also get a “Reservation for annual pass holders” from the online shop in advance. The payment and issuing of the annual pass takes place at the ticket office on site! At the entrance, your reservation for the day will be checked and the annual pass scanned.
My annual pass has expired, what do I have to do?
If you would like to extend your annual pass and go straight into the park afterwards, you must first obtain the “Reservation for annual pass holders” for your desired day of visit in the online shop. The annual pass can then be renewed at the ticket office in the park. At the entrance, your reservation for the day will be checked and the annual pass scanned.
I made a 0,- Euro reservation, but now I can’t come. What should I do?
In order not to block the slot and to make it possible for other Familypark fans to visit, we ask you in this case to send a short e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or to write a message on Facebook. You can also reach us daily by phone from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. +43 2685/60707.
How is it prevented that some people book unnecessarily often?
We check the bookings daily. If we notice abusive reservations of slots, we will take further measures such as automatic cancellations.
I have a voucher for an annual pass, what should I do?

You can get the annual pass you need for park admission at the ticket offices in the park. Please do not forget your voucher! At the entrance, your reservation for the day will be checked and the annual pass scanned.
