Important information

Children under 14 years old may only visit the park when accompanied by an adult guardian (minimum age: 18 years old).
Minors from 14 years of age without an accompanying person are only allowed to visit the park upon presentation of ID.

On closed days during the season, birthday children can redeem their free admission on the next opening day.
If the birthday was outside of the Familypark season, you can use the free entry during the winter kids days! You can find the exact date of these days in our opening hours.

Cashless payment with debit or credit card is available throughout the entire facility. Many food outlets also accept cash.
Cashless areas: The following locations accept card payment only: Fischerhütte, Burgzeche, Matrosentreff, Edelsteinmine, and Villa Antiqua (souvenir shop).At the ticket counters, both cash and card payments are accepted.

Dogs and other pets are not permitted to enter the park! Training bikes, scooters, skateboards and the like may not be used in the park!
