Important information

From what age can you go to the Familypark alone?
Children under 14 years old may only visit the park when accompanied by an adult guardian (minimum age: 18 years old).
Minors from 14 years of age without an accompanying person are only allowed to visit the park upon presentation of ID.

What happens to the free birthday entry when the park is closed?
On closed days during the season, birthday children can redeem their free admission on the next opening day.
If the birthday was outside of the Familypark season, you can use the free entry during the winter kids days! You can find the exact date of these days in our opening hours.

Which payment methods are offered?
You can pay in the entire park (ticket offices, shops, restaurants) with cash, debit cards & credit cards (Visa & MasterCard).
In the online ticket shop you can pay by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.

Are dogs or bikes allowed in the park?
Dogs and other pets are not permitted to enter the park! Training bikes, scooters, skateboards and the like may not be used in the park!
