Mixed Groups
Whether you are visiting us with your work colleagues, a club, holiday club or as a tour group, all groups are extremely welcome at our family park. We offer special deals for groups of more than 20 and we are happy to assist you with planning your group day-out. The tour organizer gets free admission. The bus driver gets free admission and a snack voucher of € 4,00. When making group reservations for children, the children’s meal choices must also be pre-booked from the 5 available options.

Payment
- You can either pay at the cash desks: possible in cash, by credit card or debit card
or - Via online prepayment: In this case, the tickets will be sent by post. There is no need to queue at the cash registers.

On request we can also prepare meals for those with allergies. If pre-ordering, we are able to provide alternative side dishes. Adults are requested to order their meals separately in the restaurant. We are happy to reserve a table for groups, which have ordered children’s meals. We request that you arrive at the restaurant punctually so we can guarantee your reservation.
Annual pass holders – take note!
Don’t forget to take your annual pass with you to show at the ticket desk! This grants you free admission! You will only need to pay for the meal deal at a price of € 6,00.
Our group offers are very popular!
Please make your reservation well in advance and ideally via our online registration form. Please be aware that group discounts can only be redeemed after prior written declaration (at least 10 days before your visit). Your reservation is only valid once you have received written confirmation from Familypark. Bookings are processed during our normal office hours. If there are fewer than 20 paying guests in the group on the day of the visit, we can only honour the group offer when 20 guests are paid for.
Cancellations must be made by 9 a.m. on the day of your visit at the very latest.
