Safety

Safety is a cardinal issue at the Family Park! Our technical team is on duty seven days a week in order to maintain and repair our attractions regularly so that we may offer you the best in entertainment.

Our Family Park’s ride attractions are sourced exclusively from renowned European manufacturers such as Mack Rides, Gerstlauer, Zamperla etc. They have been tested and approved by the German TÜV and an independent expert prior to embarking upon their maiden trip in the Family Park.

During the current season, all items of equipment are put into operation daily by our technicians only after a successful test-run and then handed over to the attraction’s supervisor.

We are not idle during the winter months when the Family Park is closed. Annual prescribed inspections are then performed by manufacturers and authorised partners.

Naturally in concert with technical safety, our guests’ general safety during their use of the attractions is also to be considered.

For this reason you will find precise safety instructions and regulations for all facilities. In order to secure the safety of our guests, we must particularly comply  with age and size guidelines. Unfortunately, this often means that we have to forbid children that are too small from riding on an attraction. We are sorry about that but this occurs exclusively in the name of safety.

Our employees regularly undergo technical and safety training and are thus ideally prepared for their service in the Family Park.
