To redeem your free birthday entry, please come to the Familypark cash desk between September 25th until 29th, 2024. You need ID to prove your birthday (e-card or passport).

Can I also get the free entry via the online shop?
No, unfortunately that is not possible! We check at the cash desk on site whether your child’s birthday falls within our campaign. Therefore, please be sure to take your child’s e-card or passport with you!
For all other family members, you can of course already buy tickets in the online shop and save money!

Why is it that only children who were born between November 6th, 2023 and March 22nd, 2024 get free entry?
Because the park wasn’t open at that time (winter break) and the children couldn’t use their free birthday entry at all. This promotion takes place every year at the end of September/beginning of October!
All other children up to the age of 14 receive their free admission directly on their birthday. Example: Your child’s birthday is May 5th, so he/she can go to the Familypark on May 5th for free!

Can I redeem the free entry at another time?
No! This promotion is only valid from September 25th until September 29th, 2024. Unfortunately, the free entry cannot be redeemed on another day.
