All children whose birthday was between November 3rd, 2025 and March 27th, 2026 (up to and including 14 years) receive one-time free entry.

 

To redeem your free birthday entry, please come to the checkpoint in front of the main entrance to the Familypark between September 23 and 27, 2026. You will need an ID to prove your birthday (e-card or passport). You will then receive your free ticket! We recommend buying a ticket online in advance for all other family members, as this will not only save you money but also time!

FAQ´s

about winter kids days

  • No, unfortunately that is not possible! We check at the cash desk on site whether your child’s birthday falls within our campaign. Therefore, please be sure to take your child’s e-card or passport with you!

    For all other family members, you can of course already buy tickets in the online shop and save money!

  • Because the park wasn’t open at that time (winter break) and the children couldn’t use their free birthday entry at all. This promotion takes place every year at the end of September/beginning of October and affects the year before!

    All other children up to the age of 14 receive their free admission directly on their birthday. Example: Your child’s birthday is May 5th, so he/she can go to the Familypark on May 5th for free!

  • No! This promotion is only valid from September 23th until September 27th, 2026. Unfortunately, the free entry cannot be redeemed on another day.
