Over 1000 free paking spaces are available to visitors of the Familypark. There are also 30 parking places for buses and again that many disabled parking spaces.

We also offer an e-charging station (space for 10 cars, connector type 2) and an e-charging station for e-bikes chargeable.

You may also reach the Familypark by public bus services. Our bus station is served every hour by bus 285 – this line runs between Eisenstadt and Mörbisch.

You can store your bags and backpacks in our lockers. We do not assume any liability for the contents.

To make life easier for Mum and Dad, their are several diaper changing rooms in the park. Nursing rooms are available in Filippo’s Restaurant.

Glass jars and bottles may be heated in microwave ovens at the main restaurant. In the event that something has been forgotten, we have a small selection of HIPP glasses for sale.

You will be able to move around the park with a buggy without difficulty. All walkways are paved and suitable for buggies.

Special parking spots are available near the main entrance upon arrival.

All walkways may be negotiated largely independently and due to their width they offer sufficient alternatives.

Disabled toilets can be found throughout the park and catering areas are free of barriers. As far as the safety of the guest allows, a large part of the driving attractions can also be used. Our personnel are willing to assist at any time.

Guide dogs with IDs are welcome to accompany their owners in the park upon prior telephonic arrangement.
