There is more to a satisfying day out with the whole family than action and adventure. That’s why we offer our guests an array of services that make their visit to the Familypark even more enjoyable.

Parking spaces

Over 1000 free parking spaces are available to visitors of the Familypark. There are also 30 parking places for buses and again that many disabled parking spaces. Bicycle stands are to be found in the immediate vicinity of the main entrance.

E-Car charging station

For guests who arrive by electric car we provide four charging stations free of charge. The system is equipped with Typ 2 plugs. You may find our charging station in the back of the first parking lot. It is available during park opening hours.

With the SMATRICS App you can check on the go, if a parking space at our Familypark charging station is available. The App is available for Android and iOS devices.

E-Bike charging station

Those who arrive at the Familypark with electrical bicycles will find our E-Bike charging station with space for 6 cycles near the main entrance  (in the vicinity of the bicycle stands).

Public transport

You may also reach the Familypark by public bus services. Line no. 285 leaves Eisenstadt and Rust or Mörbisch several times daily and brings you to the Family Park. Current arrival and departure times are found at the ÖBB website.

You should move around the Familypark with as little baggage as possible. Visitors may stow rucksacks and bags in the lockers near the entrance.

Mobile phone number stickers

Things can often be hectic at the Familypark. and it is often the case that children are a lot faster than you are. Therefore don’t let a nice day in the Family Park decend into a gruelling search for your offspring. At the entrance, you may receive stickers to affix to younger children whereon your mobile number can be written.

Traveling with a baby

Our smallest guests are only a few months old. To make life easier for Mum and Dad, there are several changing rooms in the park. Glass jars and bottles may be heated in microwave ovens at the main restaurant.

In the event that something has been forgotten, we have a small selection of hip glasses for sale. At Filippos Zauberladen the Baby box is available and it contains various useful items, such as nappies, glass jars, bibs, dummies,  bottles and several product samples.

You will be able to move around the park with a buggy without difficulty. All walkways are paved and suitable for buggies.

Travelling with a wheelchair

The park is a popular destination for wheelchair users and  those with reduced mobility because of the accessibility design on offer. Special parking places are available near the main entrance upon arrival. All walkways may be negotiated  largely independently and due to their width they offer sufficient alternatives. Disabled WCs are naturally also wide and all access areas and catering areas are free of barriers. Insofar that the visitor’s safety allows, a major portion of rides may also be used. Our personnel are willing to assist at any time. Guide dogs with IDs are welcome to accompany their owners in the park upon prior telephonic arrangement. (unfortunately, other pets are not allowed in the park).
