Due to the current exceptional situation and the threat of a possible infection with the COVID-19 virus, we have decided after careful consideration to postpone the start of the season (scheduled for April 4). We are constantly in direct contact with the authorities and will inform you as soon as we have set a new date for the season start. We will publish current information on our homepage and our social media channels on Facebook and Instagram.
We are working on a practicable solution for all annual pass holders to replace the lost opening days. In which form is currently not yet fixed. We thank you for your understanding.
As soon as the new season start date has been fixed, all dated online tickets that have already been purchased and that would have been valid at the time the park was closed, will be automatically and free of charge cancelled.
We would also like to thank all emergency services, doctors, nursing staff, supermarket employees and all other committed people for their work!
